Preamble... It began a year ago. I was eager to make a machine-tool and dug the Internet. I stopped on site vri-cnc and program of the same name as a simple to understand for simple Russian man.
The machine could be made from almost anything. Rummaging in the garage (workshop), gather up the old printers.... and I started to work.
Materials- Radio components
- Printer's stepper motors
- Radiators with coolers
- Pulleys, gears, belts
Tools- All you can find in a garage workshop
- Controller
Controller for my CNC is very simple, all parts cost me about 100-200 rub.
- Stepper motors
All machine is controlled by stepper motors from printers.
- Cooling
They heat so much, so i placed radiators and coolers on them.
- Momentum transfer
Pulleys, gears, belts taken from the printers (although a couple of gears in the ordered in duxe.
- Communication
Works like cautery, you can draw. So far it has too weak construction and can't work like milleng machine.
- In process
Burns by dots. Comes to place and pull down the cauter. So slow.... This picture was drawing about 30-40 min.
