DIY RC plane Wolverine

PreambleSo this is just my new project about DIY RC planes. This one is perfect for newbies, because of really simple design and easy assembling, so I want to tell about how to build RC plane of foam.
Materials- Foam plates
- Wooden sticks - props for flowers
- Textolite
- Foam glue ("Titan")
- Shrink
- Magnets
Tools- Stationery knife or scalpel
- Printer
- Colored tape
- Needles
Electronics for model - Battery
- Motor
- The receiver and the transmitter
- Servos
- ESC
- Step 1
First download drawings (download ), print, cut and glue (or glue then cut)When gluing is better to use masking tape, as it can be without prejudice to peel off the paper on error

Glue all parts using foam glue according to the instructions on the drawing. Spars I have made of wooden sticks for flowers, they are quite long and thin

Merge the nose of the plane, so that all parts were kept at the desired angle on the drying time of the adhesive anchoring by needlesIron bracket at the top of the photo holds together the two parts of the fuselage, at the time of glueing

The fuselage bends in this place, so I pasted a small spar of the line

Sew up the bottom of the fuselage, cover all seams with glue for more strengthUse needles of course

Attach engine mount of PCB

Elevons mounted on hinges of scotch or magnetic tape, boar cut from PCB

Draft from the servos to the boar I made from bamboo sticks. To it with glue and thread attached clip, then beauty is delayed shrinkingCareful work with glue such as "Moment" near foam, because one drop of it is able to eat through a big hole!

Glue keels. I have too big screw, so we had to make a small slit under it

Install all electronics (battery, speed controller, receiver) in accordance with that centering on the drawing

Cut parts from colored adhesive tape and paste them on the model.How to cut: stick tape on the glass and cut with a scalpel
